Why enroll your kids or teens into Jiu-Jitsu? Jiu-Jitsu promotes good citizenship, cooperation, positive thinking, and a gentle, constructive mindset. Parents who enroll their kids in Jiu-Jitsu often remark on how much their child matures and becomes the best version of themselves.

Jiu-Jitsu aids in body development such as balance and motor skills through Jiu-Jitsu related drills and games. Kids will learn confidence, self-esteem, discipline, respect, motor skills, social skills, self-defense, strength, and mobility.


Kids 1-3 Years

This program is designed to introduce Jiu-Jitsu to the youngest students through body movements with the parent. Expect to learn basic Jiu-Jitsu body movements that you can do with your baby. 

Program Goals:

  • Learn basic body movements 

  • Promote strength, flexibility, and agility

  • Connect with your baby

  • Socialization

Curriculum Includes:

  • Beginner Jiu-Jitsu techniques that you can do with your baby

  • Games to improve coordination

  • Simplified Jiu-Jitsu technique

Kids 3-6 Years

This program is designed to introduce Jiu-Jitsu to younger students while developing coordination and agility. Classes consist of drills and games that teach basic Jiu-Jitsu movement and beginner techniques to build a strong foundation and understanding of the art of Jiu-Jitsu in a fun and enjoyable manner.

Program Goals:

  • Learn self-discipline

  • Build confidence

  • Understand how to respect instructors and peers

  • Improve coordination and agility

Curriculum Includes:

  • Beginner Jiu-Jitsu techniques

  • Drills and games to improve coordination

  • Learning the core values of Jiu-Jitsu in a fun and simplified way

Kids 7-13 & 13-17 Years

This program will build a strong foundation of Jiu-Jitsu concepts for your child as well as improving coordination, agility, and body awareness. Students learn Jiu-Jitsu positions and techniques at a beginner and fundamental level, as well as an introduction to more advanced Jiu-Jitsu. At this age, students will learn in more detail what the core values and concepts of Jiu-Jitsu are.

Program Goals:

  • Improve, coordination, mobility, strength, and conditioning

  • Gain self-discipline and confidence

  • Understand how to respect instructors and peers

Curriculum Includes:

  • Overview of all positions and situations

  • Detailed instruction of beginner and fundamental techniques

  • Introduction to advanced Ju-Jitsu techniques

  • Detailed explanation of Jiu-Jitsu and its core concepts and values

  • Beginner and advanced No-Gi concepts




  • Ages 1-3 MWF 4:00pm (NEW!)

  • Ages 3-6 M-F 4:25pm & Saturday 9:00am

  • Ages 7-13 Beginners M-F 5:00pm

  • Ages 7-13 Advanced M-F 5:00pm

  • Ages 7-13 MWF 4:00pm & Saturday 9:00am

  • Ages 13-17 MWF 4:00pm
