GENTLE YOGA PROGRAM SCHEDULE

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

In this beginner level class, students can expect to slow down the flow to maintain a conscious connection to the breath and build resilience in the body and mind. Gentle flow links unhurried breath with movement and mindfully holds postures. You won't find any plank pose in this class and downward dog is something we may or may not work up towards.This class offers the perfect balance between effort and ease, making it a great option for all ages.
