PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Are you interested in self-defense, fitness, or competition? This program will meet all your goals and needs while providing a time and place to train in a women's only setting. Expect to learn beginner and fundamental Jiu-Jitsu techniques in both street and sport situations. Build your self-confidence and knowledge base to protect yourself should a situation ever arise.
