PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This program focuses on the techniques, transitions, and positions that every Jiu-Jitsu practitioner should know. Students will improve their knowledge of the art of Jiu-Jitsu, body movements, and receive an introduction to more advanced Jiu-Jitsu techniques. Students are encouraged to ask questions to improve their understanding of positions and techniques. Students, from white belt to black belt, are encouraged to participate in this program. Ages 14+

Completed 65 classes in Jiu-Jitsu 101 program or with prior permission
