Your information provides a way for us to fulfill your order for your goods and or/services, to respond to your inquiries about your order and to notify you about the services of your order. YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
Warrior Buddha and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. If you are under the age of 18, only under the supervision and/or agreement with your parent or guardian may you use our website. For all who use Warrior Buddha, you are held responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password and in studio classes.

a. Fraudulent Use
Warrior Buddha reserves the right to cancel any membership it believes is being used fraudulently at our own discretion.

b. Billing
Recurring memberships are billed monthly. All memberships, except for drop-ins and Yoga punch cards, are renewed automatically until canceled, unless otherwise noted. Membership must be canceled prior to the renewal date in order to end membership charges, such cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. At times, special prepaid membership packages will be available for purchase. Certain special prepaid memberships will be recurring and will renew automatically on the expiry date, unless otherwise noted. C. Refunds
All Sale Final.

Members will be charged for the months during which the membership was in effect at the current monthly rate, with any partial month of membership charged as a full month if member decides to cancel annual membership.
BEFORE USE
Before use of Warrior Buddha instructional classes, consult your physician to determine whether the practice of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Yoga, or any other physical exercise is safe and recommended for you.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, EMAILS, AND OTHER CONTENT
So long as the content is not illegal in any way, invasive of privacy, injurious to third parties, contain viruses, contain political campaigning, contain commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, is threatening, is infringing of intellectual property rights, or contains any form of spam, may visitors be granted access to post reviews, comments, and other content: submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information to Warrior Buddha. Use of a false e-mail address, any mislead origin of a card or other content, as well as any impersonation of any person or entity is restricted. Warrior Buddha reserves the right to remove or edit such content from site.

The associates at Warrior Buddha attempt to be as accurate as possible. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Warrior Buddha or to products you purchase through Warrior Buddha shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Washington, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Warrior Buddha intellectual property rights, Warrior Buddha may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Washington, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings
or otherwise.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and Conditions of Use at any time.
