PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

In this beginner level class, students can expect to slow down the flow to maintain a conscious connection to the breath and build resilience in the body and mind. Gentle Yoga links an unhurried breath with movement and mindfully holds postures. This class offers the perfect balance between effort and ease, making it a great option for all ages.
