Our Poulsbo Yoga studio in suite 180, just two doors down from the Jiu-Jitsu academy, is 800 sq ft. and offers mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, and more to all students at no extra charge. The space also has its own restroom, infant changing station, and ample on-site parking. Our Yoga studio is heated but not "hot" Yoga. We keep the studio between 70 and 78 degrees.

Our mission is to teach intelligent, accessible, and authentic Yoga classes that will strengthen and nourish the soul of every practitioner. We offer group Yoga classes for adults and private Yoga and group private Yoga lessons.
