MASTER'S JIU-JITSU PROGRAM SCHEDULE

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Master's program was designed for practitioners that are age 45+. The curriculum focuses on introductory techniques from every position for street and sport situations. Practitioners can expect mobility, agility, and strength drills in addition to techniques to promote health and longevity. Students will also learn the central concepts and components of the art of Jiu-Jitsu. 

BELT RANK

  • All belt levels are welcome for practitioners ages 45+

PROGRAM GOALS

  • Health and longevity through Jiu-Jitsu

  • Increase strength of joints and muscles

  • Improve coordination and cardio

CURRICULUM INCLUDES

  • Beginner and fundamental Jiu-Jitsu techniques

  • Explanation of all positions in street and sport situations

  • Concepts and components central to Jiu-Jitsu

  • Mobility, agility, and strength drills
