PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

In this program children build fundamental motor skills, coordination, agility, balance, strength, and mobility. through game-based learning. Students learn self-defense techniques, self-control, and develop self-awareness. This program develops life skills such as building confidence, respecting peers and instructors, listening, focusing, staying disciplined, hygiene, and teamwork.

  • Understand how to respect instructors and peers

  • Improve coordination and agility

CURRICULUM INCLUDES

  • Beginner Jiu-Jitsu and No-Gi techniques

  • Anti-bullying strategies 

  • Drills and games to improve coordination

  • Learning the core values of Jiu-Jitsu in a fun and simplified way

  • Sparring with coaches and specific training with peers
