PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This program focuses on building coordination, balance, and confidence through Jiu-Jitsu play-based learning. Expect high-engagement classes that teach basic, non-violent self-defense, fundamental jiu-jitsu movement, and core values like listening and respect.

PROGRAM GOALS

  • Improve body movements such as crawling, running, jumping, balancing, climbing, and more

  • Promote strength, flexibility, and agility

  • Socialization

  • Learn to take turns and stay in line

  • Develop listening skills

CURRICULUM INCLUDES​​

  • Games and obstacle courses to improve coordination

  • Simplified Jiu-Jitsu technique
