PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

​In this program we build a strong foundation of Jiu-Jitsu concepts for your child as well as improving coordination, agility, and body awareness. Students learn Jiu-Jitsu positions and techniques at a beginner and intermediate level, as well as an introduction to more advanced Jiu-Jitsu techniques. At this age, students will learn in more detail what the core values and concepts of Jiu-Jitsu are.

PROGRAM GOALS

  • Improve, coordination, mobility, strength, and conditioning

  • Gain self-discipline and confidence

  • Understand how to respect instructors and peers

CURRICULUM INCLUDES

  • Overview of all positions and situations

  • Detailed instruction of beginner and fundamental techniques

  • Introduction to advanced Ju-Jitsu techniques

  • Detailed explanation of Jiu-Jitsu and its core concepts and values

  • Beginner and advanced No-Gi concepts
