PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
A gentle Yoga class designed to promote health and longevity. The benefits of this Yoga class, especially for seniors, include increased muscle tone, mobility, balance, strength, reduced anxiety, depression, pain, and chronic stress. Through pranayama (breathing exercises), lung capacity is increased and cardiovascular function improved. You can expect your posture to improve and to sleep better with regular practice.
