BABY & ME PROGRAM SCHEDULE

  • Saturday's 10:00am

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Help build their sensory awareness while increasing strength and mobility. Reduce your stress level, rebuild abdominal strength, and reactivate your pelvic floor. A great way to bond with your baby and create a community with other parents and guardians. Feeding and changing encouraged.

  • Ideal for beginner practitioners of all ages

  • Newborns to toddlers welcome

  • Poses and sequences with and without baby

  • Yoga poses for baby

  • Dynamic standing sequences

  • Poses for abdominal strength

  • Routines to heal the pelvic floor

  • Prop assisted gentle, static poses

  • Feeding and changing whenever needed
