PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Help build their sensory awareness while increasing strength and mobility. Reduce your stress level, rebuild abdominal strength, and reactivate your pelvic floor. A great way to bond with your baby and create a community with other parents and guardians. Feeding and changing encouraged.
