PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
All levels is a Vinyasa class, a style of Yoga that cultivates active flexibility, strength, and mobility. Students can expect to sweat, to make their heart beat, and to connect movements with their breaths. Vinyasa is a beginner level class with more advanced variations available to students seeking to up the intensity of their practice. Jiu-Jitsu students will find benefit by learning how to breathe in tough situations.
